Arrival & Departure
Our standard check-in time is 1:00 PM. Check-out time varies by source (around 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM) — please confirm with reception on arrival.
Guests & Identification
We welcome all guests to Hotel Apsara, including unmarried couples. The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 18 years of age. Upon arrival, a valid form of identification is required. We accept Passports, Aadhaar cards, Driving Licences, and other official Government IDs. Local IDs are also accepted.
Children, Infants & Extra Beds
One infant (aged 0 to 2 years) may stay free of charge in the parents' room and is not counted towards the maximum room capacity. No extra bed is provided for a child included in the booking. An extra mattress for an additional guest can be arranged for a charge, payable at the property — please confirm the current rate when booking.
Pets & House Conduct
Pets are not allowed on the premises. There is no restriction on alcohol consumption, and private parties and events are permitted at the property.
Payments & Cancellation
Standard rate plans are non-refundable. Please check the specific terms and conditions of your chosen tariff at the time of booking.
Accessibility
The property is not wheelchair accessible.
